We went to penrith to buy footwear. A ember of staff offered to help but we politely declined which was well handled by the member of staff ( SCOTTISH PERSON ) . we looked at lots of possibilities and possibly mixed up a display. Eventually we asked for help and Michelle cheerfully assisted to find the right shoe in the right size. Altogether this was a relaxed experience with lots of choice and very cheerful helpful staff.
