I have shopped with Go Outdoors for years with no problems but im really cheesed off with them today and will never krder anything online with them again . Ordered a ski jacket for £60 , goggles for £50 and a discount card , total bill £120. Package arrives , I take it from courierand open it , only the ski jacket although theres a delivery note showing goggles should be included. I complain to Go Outdoors within hour of delivery, they reply that theyve checked picking / packing etc and are satisfied that all products were delivered and suggest i make enquiries with family or neighbours . They suggest if im not happy with their decision I can get in touch with my card provider ..so im £50 out of Be very careful when ordering Goods from Go Outdoors
