customer service could not be worse. It has taken many attempts to get a reply about a refund for a return that was not collected only to be told the refund can only be issued over the phone by giving card payment details again. Isn't this what all the warnings about on line cons are about?
When I replied with a query about the refund method I was advised -This message has been automatically closed. So I will try again.
I haven't tried chasing up the refund for the item that has now been collected. I had to rearrange & pay again for the second collection.
I will never buy anything from this company again.
