I brought my mountain bike into Go Outdoors in Warrington for a new chain and cassette. Firstly I rang the store only to be told the so called bike mechanic wasn't in & he'll be back in tomorrow so I rang the next day only to be told the same thing.. & the the next. My bike had a minor problem with 1 of the cogs on the 9 speed rear cassette but by the time Go Outdoors had finished with it my bike was virtually un-rideable & all at the cost of £75, also their online customer service was a waste of time. If you like your bike then keep it well away from Go Outdoors as they're an unfunny joke.
