Excellent customer service from Hannah at Chatham branch who was very knowledgeable about the ski wear. I successfully purchased a ski jacket and sallopetes for the first time in years and in the sale too. The discount card costs £5 per year and saves you more than that many times over. It's a no brainer and well publicised. I renew mine when I need to make a new purchase but always use Go Outdoors as I always find the staff helpful and the stores well stocked.
Nothing is too much trouble. I will definitely be continuing to shop at Go Outdoors.
