So now I'm stuck in limbo with no response on emailsand a useless tracking number. Where is my order?? Order number 677845195 Edit - Gooutdoors have emailed me yesterday to state that DHL do have my parcel and that the delay is their end. Called DHL today to confirm this and they are adamant that they do not have anything from yourselves.  You are leaving customers stuck in limbo with no idea of where their orders or money are.  I would like someone to contact me regarding this ASAP to resolve the situation. You cannot treat customers in the way you are currently doing with regards to taking orders and not fulfilling them.
