They didn’t send my order, even after I sent 3 separate emails saying that DHL told me they hadn’t dispatched it. They said they had.
I needed this for my husbands birthday, and ordered 2 weeks before but it never came.
Someone finally emailed back saying that it hadn’t been sent, so I wanted a refund.
Here we are 10 days later and still NO MONEY in my account!!!!
So I will start again with the emails!
They have had my money for A MONTH and I have nothing to show for it!!!
Not a good service at all.
