Ordered two Kentucky chairs, a black one and a blue one, on their 2 for £30 offer. Communication from them that order was placed, and text the following day to say order would be with me soon. So far so good. Next day I get a dispatch email confirming that there's great news and my order is on it's way. Sounds great. But wait... actually read the dispatch email and I discovered they only have one of the chairs (no blue ones) so rather than contact me to find out how I'd like to proceed i.e. have two black ones, cancel the order etc... they've just sent the black one and charged me £25 for it.
Ummm... No!
Why would I, why would anyone, pay £25 for one chair when two are £30?!?!
I immediately contacted them, but of course they can't be arsed to come back to me, so now I have to go through the hassle of sending it back to them and getting a refund.
Typical discount retailer, all's great when things go exactly as planned, but haven't got the slightest interest in the concept of customer service when things aren't going right. Just send it out anyway, at an inflated price and hope the customer doesn't notice.
