Shocking customer Service!!!!!!, no wonder the company is collapsing !! The quality of goods is okay which is a shame really because the customer service is disgusting. I ordered a jacket I was quoted 3-5 days delivery, I also ordered a discount card. Finally receive the jacket after 8 days.. unfortunately it was the wrong size for me so I sent it back I’m currently on day 16 without a refund they have promised me I would get it within 14 days.. What on earth takes 14 days for a piddly little refund.., I’m yet to receive my discount card they stated it should’ve been in the original parcel, I told them it wasn’t they then said “they don’t do duplicates” I obviously stated it wasn’t originally sent so it’s not a duplicate it’s the one I ordered I have not received ... they promised to send a new one I’m still waiting that was 14 days ago.
