We ski every year and used Go Alpes for the first time as our usual transfer service could not accommodate our party on the way home via Geneva Airport. Unfortunately we had two injured skiers and Go Alpes, when notified made every single effort to be accommodating and kind. They researched the "special services" drop-off point at Geneva airport to make it easier for us, even taking a risk of getting a ticket to get an even closer spot! An officer moved us on, and no ticket was issued, but we were so grateful for the care and kindness of Lukas, our driver. Would DEFINITELY use Go Alpes again and would recommend them, particularly for (a) excellent communications, (b) good value, (c) pre-transfer research and in-situ diversions to avoid traffic, (d) safe driving, (e) care and kindness.
