Absolutely would not recommend doing business with GOAT. If you choose to, please do so at your own risk. We were given the runaround including providing police reports and official documents and they still refuse to refund or resend the shoes. Their only stance was that DHL confirmed the package was delivered. What they didn't respond to is that DHL has a horrible delivery reputation and often times, the delivery drivers are "in" on packages getting stolen. GOAT's investigation did not include reviewing our doorbell camera footage that did not show anyone BUT the DHL delivery driver on our porch before we came home. Awful Awful Awful way to conduct business. I would encourage you sneaker heads to look elsewhere because GOAT ain't it.
