Ordered Byzantine white gold chain. Chain came with multiple links not connected and returned for an exchange. Called today to see about an update and was told they had to manually pull my return ( which she said was a complete courtesy on her part) and that it's take 5-7 business days to process the return than I'd have to wait for it to ship. Called back and asked for customer service agents name and was told I don't need to know that and hung up on me. Called back again and was just hung up on. Called back again and told her to cancel the return and refund my money. She was then all happy about it and said she'd process my cancellation request. I mentioned she was not going to get a good review and she laughed and said I can do whatever makes me feel better. This is the so highly rated customer service they advertise?! I'll let my bank deal with them which will leave a bigger negative impact then just this review.
