“The website has numerous spelling errors, brokers scam links, and missing images which raises a fake company, I invested $173,883.00 on 1st April on the 22th April I found out they are professional scammers so I tried to withdraw as much as I can on my profits but they allow only me $355,000 at a time monthly so I withdrew $355,000 but the money was never transferred to my bank account . It stayed pending .The woman who lured me into investing with this company begged me to cancel the withdrawal but I did not . Next they changed personal this time a man who seemed friendly and accepted to release my withdrawal if I cancel the the present action because the deposit was on 1st and withdrawal on the 22nd the financial inspector will think it’s money laundering .He said that today Saturday 26th April he will transfer the money . In the mean time they have denied me access to my account, waiting won't be of any help so I reported this case to the FBI and the FinCEN immediately I was referred to contact a man called alexi victim with an email address alexivictimhelps @ mail . com who helped me recover all my funds back but still this company on people who did this haven't been caught”

“My chain was fake it doesn't have 14 karat anywhere it doesn't show that his white gold it's just a regular chain Cuban Link with no markings of any carrot gold or white gold terrible embarrassing piece of jewelry”

“Worst customer service and worst experience purchasing jewelry online. Will never use Gold Urban again and strongly recommend others who are considering purchasing from them to shop elsewhere. I ordered a 22'' gold Cuban chain on May 7th, 2024. I called on May 16th, to inquire about my order, and was told at that time that it was on back order. Meanwhile, my credit card had already been charged. When asked if I would like to cancel my order, I said yes. On May 20th, I received the wrong merchandise, which I HAD TO PAY TO RETURN. They received the return on May 25th, 2024 and I am still waiting refund. I turned the issue over to my credit card company on June 4th, 2024.”

“Ordered Byzantine white gold chain. Chain came with multiple links not connected and returned for an exchange. Called today to see about an update and was told they had to manually pull my return ( which she said was a complete courtesy on her part) and that it's take 5-7 business days to process the return than I'd have to wait for it to ship. Called back and asked for customer service agents name and was told I don't need to know that and hung up on me. Called back again and was just hung up on. Called back again and told her to cancel the return and refund my money. She was then all happy about it and said she'd process my cancellation request. I mentioned she was not going to get a good review and she laughed and said I can do whatever makes me feel better. This is the so highly rated customer service they advertise?! I'll let my bank deal with them which will leave a bigger negative impact then just this review.”

“They don't sell real gold it is completely fake. They are also partnered with FrostNYC also a scam and all fake. I just received my gold chain and it was so fake it's sad. SCAM don't get anything from GOLD URBAN or FROSTNYC”

“I was very disappointed with my purchase from Gold Urban. The "white gold" chain i purchased for my husband for Father's day was fake, smaller than the measurements said and overpriced. When I inquired about exchange or return, I was rudely answered back that I would not be provided a return label and would have to pay a fee to return this product, and that I could only get 20% store credit if it was worn. On top of that, they only invite you to leave reviews and haven't invited anyone to leave reviews since 8 months ago because they have been scamming so many people. They delete any comments on Facebook that are negative towards their company and only leave positive reviews from almost a year ago, there are not very many. I will never buy from them again and I will continue to tell everyone what a scam they are.”

“Ordered a silver chain.. it arrived broken.. the clasp was not welded to the chain... I feel like it was a total waste of money. Will not recommend this company in future or purchase from here again. UPDATE: Gold Urban responded promptly to the issue and made it right. I was happy with the item replacement and customer service.”

“I've recently gotten back into my jewelry game. I have spent tons of money on the pricey "so called"quality stuff and wasn't too happy. So I tried Gold Urban just to see. Pretty cool stuff.
