Worst customer service and worst experience purchasing jewelry online. Will never use Gold Urban again and strongly recommend others who are considering purchasing from them to shop elsewhere. I ordered a 22'' gold Cuban chain on May 7th, 2024. I called on May 16th, to inquire about my order, and was told at that time that it was on back order. Meanwhile, my credit card had already been charged. When asked if I would like to cancel my order, I said yes. On May 20th, I received the wrong merchandise, which I HAD TO PAY TO RETURN. They received the return on May 25th, 2024 and I am still waiting refund. I turned the issue over to my credit card company on June 4th, 2024.
