Ordered a silver chain.. it arrived broken.. the clasp was not welded to the chain... I feel like it was a total waste of money. Will not recommend this company in future or purchase from here again.
UPDATE:
Gold Urban responded promptly to the issue and made it right. I was happy with the item replacement and customer service.
