I was very disappointed with my purchase from Gold Urban. The "white gold" chain i purchased for my husband for Father's day was fake, smaller than the measurements said and overpriced. When I inquired about exchange or return, I was rudely answered back that I would not be provided a return label and would have to pay a fee to return this product, and that I could only get 20% store credit if it was worn. On top of that, they only invite you to leave reviews and haven't invited anyone to leave reviews since 8 months ago because they have been scamming so many people. They delete any comments on Facebook that are negative towards their company and only leave positive reviews from almost a year ago, there are not very many. I will never buy from them again and I will continue to tell everyone what a scam they are.
