James was very compassionate and explained everything to me.. Michelle who came to take Lady into their care after I had the mobile vet leave. She was very gentle and sat there and let me talk and there was no rush. Then asked if I would like to have her wrapped in a special blanket and like to put a special toy with her. She wrapped her up like a baby and then offered to ring me when Lady was in there care. The thoughtfulness they showed me and the respect and dignity they treated Lady was fantastic. I would highly recommend them. I got lock of her fur paw print 🐾 her ashes in a silver tin with her name on it and a lovely card that has the date she was cremated and condolences for the family. I'm waiting on the digital photo that will have her name underneath. Also it's great that they offer grief counseling if needed
