“I cannot recommend Goodbye Good Boy enough. When the time unexpectedly came for to say goodbye to our best buddy. Cassandra went above and beyond to make sure she could find us a vet at short notice ( she must have called me 8 times over 2 days with updates until she could lock something in for us). The vet that came was also amazing and provided a great level of care and comfort. The aftercare was also done really well. Again, while not a service you want to be using, I couldn't recommend these guys enough. 6 stars!”

“Saying goodbye to our beautiful staffy Indy was one of the hardest things we have ever had to do, made more bearable by the kindness from everyone at Goodbye Good Boy. Setting her free from pain in the comfort of our home was all we could hope for. From the first phone call, to the vet who visited our home, to the courier who delivered Indy back to us and then even a follow up call to see how we were doing - Everything was done with so much care. Thank you! Highly recommend.”

“Hello everyone….. My name is Trini and my little Gypsy rose, 11 year old Jack russell fell ill very unexpectedly with Liver complications and cancer slowly spreading as well…. She had to be put to sleep on a Sunday late afternoon and 2 to 3 hours after first calling “Goodbye Good Boy” I had a lovely Veterinarian here at mine and Gypsy’s home and Gypsy was put to sleep on her bed with her toys with me next to her and my hand on hers !! She was very peaceful and taken away with the utmost care and kindness and her beautiful body was to be cremated and her ashes were my decision to do as I wished or I could of buried her at my home but I decided to have her cremated…. Goodbye Good Boy are awesome and my brother did the phone calls as I was too distressed,,,, and they were so great and prompt over the phone and with a couple of back and forth phone calls from them,, we had Gypsy organised with the greatest empathy and kindness …… My Heart 💓 is filled with respect and gratitude for how her life was peacefully ended and sorted out with respect and honour !! Yours sincerely,,, Trini 🙏😘”

“I can’t even begin to express my gratitude to you for how well you supported myself my husband and my children when we had to say goodbye to our chocolate lab Peppa. The empathy, compassion and patience you had was amazing as I tried to talk my way out of needing to send our baby to heaven. Thank you for the experience and the advice and for the peaceful way you helped Peppa go to heaven. Although I don’t want to have too I know I’ll be reaching out again for our next fur babies turn. Don’t doubt using goodbye goodbye they are amazing and you regret it. Thank you x”

“I cannot recommend these people enough. They were recommended by our vets as she worked with them, and being able to have our regular vet attend to perform the euthanasia was really good for us and our Bella. Saying goodbye to our beautiful Bella was such a hard and emotional time but the care, support and understanding that was given to us was amazing. Everything was looked after with compassion and professionally. Our Bella’s was returned to us shortly after and although we miss her terribly, she sits proudly on our hall table. Thank you Goodbye Good Boy.”

“I can't recommend these people enough. I had a beautful loving boy named Garbage (I didn't name him I took him on when he was going to be surrended by some friends) he was my cuddles cat and loved being with his daddy. The little man was quite a fighter he was diagnosed with Large Cell Lymphoma at the end of 2024. He fought hard and at one time went into remission but unfortuatly it took him in the end. I had 2 other cats who I also wanted them to be able to say goodbye and didn't want to drag Garbage off to the vets to stress him on his final day. Goodbye Good Boy was recommended to me by my vets. I'm so glad they did. I was able to contact them early so when the time came they had all the details needed. Eventually that call had to be made. While it is the hardest call to make they were so understanding and supportive. They arranged for the next day. The vet they had come to me was so wonderful and caring both for Garbage and us. Everything was looked after in a peaceful and caring way. Little man was returned to us a short time after. They looked after everything with such compassion and professioalism. I will definatly be using their services again when need arises.”

“Kind and Compasionate. Dr. Cooper came to our home to help us say goodbye to our chocolate lab, Tennant. I was uncertain how I might feel about this process happening in the house that we then had to continue to live in. I must say that it was a beautiful process. Dr. Cooper talked us through it all, waited patiently for us to have enough time with our girl, and was so respectful. Every person I've dealt with has been professional, kind and understanding. They were even able to come on Grand Final Day at no extra charge. The memorial box, paw print, etc were all done to a beautiful standard and we have them to cherish. Thank you Goodby Good Boy. I would recommend without hesitation. They were lovely.”

“This was the hardest call I have had to make and I was clearly upset. From the first point of contact, the team were caring, showed empathy and helped with the process. When the vet arrived, he too showed not just our dog the dignity and compassion he deserved, but the family also. Explained the procedure and what to expect. It takes certain types of people to be this kind hearted and everyone I spoke with at Goodbye Good Boy was like that. Even ringing the following week to make sure we were OK. I can't thank them enough for their actions.”

“I cannot express my gratitude for the service provided by this wonderful organisation. Some months back we found ourselves having to make a terrible decision with very short notice. Our Harry was taken care of so beautifully, as were we. Everyone we dealt with was efficient, compassionate, respectful and empathetic. They made a challenging day easier because the organisation values kindness above all else. I also found the aftercare and follow up amazing. This company is second to none. When you need to make the difficult decision, give your pet the care and send off they deserve in the capable and kind hands of Goodbye Good Boy.”

“Choosing Goodbye Good Boy at this difficult time was the best thing we could have done. Dr Sandra was so wonderful with my dear old cat and also with me. I didn’t feel rushed at all, but totally supported from initial contact, through the excellent support with cremation, to the check in call a few weeks later. Fabulous service throughout. Xx”

“The services of Goodbye Good Boy were amazing and really helped us through the toughest thing we ever had to do, saying goodbye to our good girl. The care and respect given to our dog and the support to us was above and beyond. Our dog went to the big park in the sky ever so gently and from her favourite spot in our home. It could not have been more peaceful. It was a blessing to see her go without stress or fear. Thank you so much Goodbye Good Boy for making the sadness a bit more bearable for us and our girl.”

“We will be forever indebted to you for your help in saying goodbye to our beloved Uno. Knowing his time had come, we had made an appointment 10 days ahead, when he had an unexpected turn in the late aftenoon prior. Realising that he would be in great distress overnight, we contacted Goodbye Good Boy at 5pm on a Friday afternoon thinking it would be impossible to bring our apointment forward and that we would instead have to visit the local vet clinic. To our astonishment, Goodbye Good Boy had a vet at our doorstep within an hour. The relief and content that being able to farewell Uno in his home amongst his family delivered is immeasurable. It was gentle and tender and has made the grief sit a little easier. We will be forever thankful xx”

“Our dog Dyson had been ill for some time and we were hoping that nature would take its course but this didn’t happen. As we live in a unit we could not have our normal vet help him pass. Goodbye Good Boy were able to offer a solution. It was a hard decision and a very emotional time. The experience was handled with dignity, respect and compassion. Thank you so much for enabling Dyson to spend his last moments in his home.”
