“I cannot recommend Goodbye Good Boy enough. When the time unexpectedly came for to say goodbye to our best buddy. Cassandra went above and beyond to make sure she could find us a vet at short notice ( she must have called me 8 times over 2 days with updates until she could lock something in for us). The vet that came was also amazing and provided a great level of care and comfort. The aftercare was also done really well. Again, while not a service you want to be using, I couldn't recommend these guys enough. 6 stars!”

“We recently utilised Goodbye Good Boy to farewell our beautiful Bella. Everyone from Dr Kate to the delivery Van driver who bought Bella's ashes back home were so incredibly caring empathetic and authentic. You could tell they all loved their job and wanted to create the nicest farewell for your fur baby. They also called me 3 months later just to see how I was going, which I thought was a very nice touch. Thank you Team GGB, highly recommend your services”

“On the worst day of our life, we couldn’t have been in better hands. We really didn’t think we are capable in saying goodbye to our precious baby. Dr Paige came to our home that day. The care and guidance she gave us was like a close family member holding our hands. We will never forget your compassion and support, Dr Paige. Thank you from the bottom of our heart….. “It's the hardest decision we have ever made to say goodbye to our beautiful boy Rhino. Thankfully we chose Goodbye Good Boy who supported us every step of the way absolutely nothing was rushed , they provided support and awnsered every question. thier price is fair and reasonable. 110 percent recommend”

“I really dont want to write this review as I don't want to relive the death of our beautiful greyhound Liam. However I am compellerd to, due to the time. love and compassion showed to us from Goodbye Good Boy. Liam was diagnosed with a very aggressive cancer that had spead quickly. He was given days or weeks. It ended up being days as he was suffering badly. The best advice when we struggled with the decision in our initial conversation was 'better a day too early than a day too late'. The whole process was handled so beautifully with such care and dignity. We will be forever grateful. Never have the words 'Goodbye Good Boy' been more appropriate. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, you are angels. Rest in Peace my beautiful hound. I will miss you forever.”

“The service we had was amazing. We would like to give our heartfelt thanks to all concerned from the wonderful lady in the office to the very special Vet who came and helped our precious Jake on his last journey. “I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to Goodbye Good Boy for their exceptional care and compassion during such a difficult time. Saying goodbye to Diesel, our beloved furbaby, was an incredibly emotional and heart-wrenching decision. Thank you, Goodbye Good Boy, for the respectful and compassionate service you provide. Your dedication to honoring our pets in their final moments is something we will always be grateful for. Diesel may no longer be with us physically, but thanks to you, we were able to say goodbye in the most loving and dignified way possible. “Odin was our beautiful gentle giant who was loved so much. We were so heartbroken 💔 to let him go over the rainbow bridge. We were recommended Goodbye Good Boy. We were so grateful for the support we received. From having everything explained, giving us time to grieve, we couldn't ask for a better experience in our saddest moments. Today we received a phone call, follow up to check in and offer any more support if we needed it. Both of us are so grateful.”

“the vet came on trimitky at the stated time was very caring and loving with my very old cat she went to sleep in my arms in her favourite room and afterwards the vet and i placed her carefull into a satin pillow case and then into a decorated roomy box then a neighbour buried her in the yard in a favourite spot !! they have been very caring to me with emails and calls well after the event so caring for my well being and for my pet ! can recommend them highly !! lovely caring people !!”

“We were so glad that we used the services of Good Bye Good Boy to help us with the passsing of our beloved dog Sasha who left us after 16 years. i can only praise the compassion, support and care we received. Being able to have our loved one pass away in our arms at home althought tought made it so much better for everyone. Goodbye Goodboy made it all happen without drama, were respectful and their follow on care to organise ashes , and check how we were doing was perfect under difficult circumstances.”

“From the first phone call to the most recent well-being check by staff, Goodbye Good Boy has been incredibly supportive and professional throughout our experience. Our 18-year-old Labradoodle Yuki was ready to say goodbye, and the last thing we wanted was to cram our family of 7 into a tiny vet clinic and be rushed through saying our farewells. Goodbye Good Boy allowed us the space and time to say farewell to Yuki at home, where he and everyone else were comfortable. We have neurodivergent children, and this was so much more peaceful than we could have imagined. The vet who came to our home was calm, professional, compassionate, and emotionally aware of what we needed as a family. He worked with us and allowed us to take the time to say goodbye to Yuki. Even after the vet confirmed he was gone, he allowed us to sit with Yuki and come to terms with the loss. Every interaction with Goodbye Good Boy has centred around Yuki's experience and that of the family. My last call with them was to check on the wellbeing of the family and to offer further support if needed to deal with our loss. What an impressive service provided by like-minded people who want the best experience for pets and families. Outside of an emergency, I would always recommend a service like Goodbye Good Boy. As a result of their support, a sad and historical day became an important chapter in Yuki's story. We are grateful for that experience above all else. Greg”

“It was a very hard decision to make, however Goodbye Good Boy made the process easier than expected. All staff were incredibly caring and sensitive. While I sobbed over the phone.. they waited patiently. When all was done they quietly left so there was no awkward goodbye while I ugly cried in the kitchen.”

“Tex was a beautiful loving, gentle and caring border collie he was given a diagnosis of a hemangiosarcoma on the liver and heart at the animal hospital. I’m a nurse and knew due to his increased heart rate and difficulty breathing. I knew I had to make that heart wrenching decision to say goodbye to our beloved boy for the last 13 years within four days of receiving his diagnosis. He had been through so much with me and the choice to give him the most comfortable setting at home with loved ones and myself with Dr Carly made it so much more of a bearable day to grieve and let him go to sleep peacefully. Dr Carly was empathetic, patient and understanding of our emotions until we were ready to proceed. Thank you and I will definitely use “Goodbye Good Boy” again in the future.”
