My beloved darling Orlando Bloom passed away suddenly, a young cat and I was devastated. It was unexpected and during COVID lockdown at the emergency vet. A friend found Goodbye Good Boy. The compassion, care, kindness and support that all the staff, especially Caitlin and Michelle displayed is something that I will never forget. Emailing and phoning in on me to see how I was doing, sharing my grief. The respect shown to Orlando and to my grief was comforting. Michelle attended my home to pick up Orlando, and even the respectful way in which she placed his carrier in the front seat, with the entrance facing us whilst we were speaking, and then when she was ready to drive away, she turned the carrier around to face her in the driver's seat. My beautiful boy is back home, with beautiful presentation, and many keepsakes of him. Michelle even made me a silky pouch of his fur, to keep under my pillow. My little boy was a rescue kitten who had a very tough start to life and who was very sick as a kitten. He was loved and adored by me and the dog for just over 4 years, and it was very comforting to know that he was in such caring hands for the next stage of his journey.
