Stephanie Gould (Steph) our end of life consultant for our Furbaby - Linda (19 years old, Pomeranian X Beagle) was very patient, expathetic and explained the whole process to us when we made the decision to euthanise our dog at home. It was such an overwhelming process, that was made easier by Steph. Steph demonstrated such warmth, empathy and sympathy for us during this difficult time making this difficult process seamless in that their service managed everything. All we had to focus on was our final moments with our beloved Linda. When the day came, Dr Jaime explained everything and made sure we were ready before he euthanised Linda. Linda was in no pain and died peacefully surrounded by my wife, my Mum and I. There was no rush to take Linda to be cremated and we were given enough time to spend our final moments with us. All the little touches like Steph following up with to giving us instructions on how to follow up with their in-house complimentary first pet counselling session was second to none. We felt very supported throughout this whole time. I would highly recommend this service. Even if you're furbaby is still healthy, there is a prepaid funeral service you can pay in advance in case the inevitable happens so you can focus on just being with your loved one during this difficult time.
