It’s never easy making the decision to say goodbye to our beloved pets. From initial contact through to follow up Goodbye Good Boy showed compassion, understanding and empathy to our situation. On the dreaded day itself our beautiful 16 yo Border Collie Gem was treated with the utmost love and kindness by the vet who attended. He explained the process and let us go at our pace. We never once felt like we’re were being rushed. Our Gemmy went peacefully and in the most humane way possible. Having her at home allowed her to be content and comfortable and she literally went to sleep being smothered with hugs and kisses from her family. Not that I ever want to have to do this again but when I do, I’ll definitely be calling Goodbye Good Boy.
