Everyone that I dealt with at Goodbye Goodboy were lovely. Duncan the vet who came to our house, was patient, compasionate and we didnt feel rushed, he gave us lots of time to say goodbye to my beautiful pussycat, Max. Cassandra and Dawn were amazing and Cassandra followed up nicely and in a timely manner. It was hard to pick an urn etc beforehand but understand that their was a process. The only thing that I would have liked the option on was the digital picture. To reduce the overall cost for something that I probably wont use would have been nice as the picture I gave was actually nicer than the picture I got back. A small thing but feedback nevertheless. I would highly recommend Goodbye Goodboy to anyone that loves their pet and wants to say goodbye in the privacy of their own home.
