From the start of this experience to the end Goodbye Good Boy were nothing but helpful & supportive. They explained what would happen when the vet came to our home to euthanize our very sick beloved 17 year old Jack Russell Emily and how they would handle her cremation. With one on one communication and a follow up after it was all over with its exceptional. The creation service was quick and the quality of the wooden ashes box it's awesome, the picture they did of Emily was wonderful they captured her so well. Cant thank this company enough total recommend them.
