We were very glad that we chose Goodbye Good Boy to manage the final journey of our beloved dog, Obi-Wan. Everyone we had dealt with at Goodbye Good Boy was very accommodating, and showed a lot of empathy and compassion to us. We explained our situation in our first phone call with James and he was able to organise Dr Mel to come on the same day. Dr Mel explained each step of the process to us and gave us plenty of time to spend the last moments with Obi. The whole process was very personal, beautiful and thoughtful. A couple weeks after, Cassandra rang to check in on us and making sure we were ok. It was very thoughtful and we felt very supported. After being gifted 15 years of unconditional love from Obi, the most beautiful gift we could give him was a beautiful send off and we were glad to have Goodbye Good Boy in Obi's final journey.
