Saying goodbye to a much loved furry member of the family is always difficult especially when in our case a short but aggressive illness doesn’t give you much time to prepare. Our beloved Rottweiler, Lucy, a rescue dog had always been fearful of the vet despite the lovely care we received from all the staff. When it was apparent she would need to be euthanised our vet referred us to Goodbye Good Boy and we were able to arrange for Dr Melissa to come within 24 hours notice. Melissa’s warm and supportive care meant we could lay on our deck in the sun with Lucy, say our goodbye and then be with her as she quietly went to sleep. From start to finish Goodbye Good Boy we’re wonderful and I highly recommend anyone who would like the process of euthanasia for their pet to occur at home to use their service. Great value for money as well. We will be calling them again but hopefully not for some time to come. Heather McMinn
