From the moment I had to make the heart breaking call to Goodbye Good boy they were so kind and caring. The communication and service from them throughout the entire process was so reassuring. Right from the initial contact, the follow up phone calls and emails and when our beautiful Max was returned to us. The love, care and respect that they showed us has been instrumental in helping us cope with our loss and grief. The vet who came to our house was absolutely amazing, the love and care that she showed towards our beloved Max and the entire family is something I will never forget and will be forever grateful for. Thank you Goodby Good boy, we will be forever grateful for everything you have done for our beloved Max and our family, and we will treasure the fitting memorial you provided for Max.
