It's been a few months now and I've finally been able to put in words how incredibly grateful I am for the team at Goodbye Goodboy as I let my beautiful cat Nox go for the big sleep. Before I even purchased the package I received a phonecall from the team just to check in, make sure I was OK and ask me about Nox. They didn't try to sell me anything. It was a genuine and heart-warming conversation. From here I decided I wouldn't go with anyone else to help me through this difficult time. The care throughout was second to none. The team was always there and on the day did their best to help me urgently when my boy declined quicker than expected. The whole service was just wonderful. I can't speak highly enough of Goodbye Goodboy. Nox was the first furbaby I chose as mine and he was with me through the hardest times. I was able to rest easy knowing he got the best goodbye, he was looked after once he was gone, and he was returned to me with love and care.
