From the initial phone call with Corrine? to the subsequent calls with Cassandra I couldn't have felt more supported whilst making this heart breaking decision for our girl Penny. They both spoke to me with such empathy and helped me navigate the next steps. We were so grateful to have Dr Melissa come to our house and help us set Penny free. She was so calm and gentle and put us at ease during our most difficult time. She treated Penny with love and dignity and supported us through the process, not once rushing us during our goodbyes and making sure we had as much time as we needed to say our final farewell to our girl. As she drove away we were comforted that Dr Melissa was caring for her as if she were her own and know she was in good hands. Goodbye Good Boy made the most difficult day so much easier by being so warm, caring and gentle. Highly recommended and thank you once again for supporting us and Penny during this time.
