Incredibly pleased with the support and kindness received through what was an incredibly sad nd difficult experience. The support and compassion from everyone I dealt with exceeded my expectations. The Vet that came out on the day, was exceptional. She was kind, understanding, patient and explained every step of the process and tried her absolute best to help us through the process.
