From the first phone conversation to the final goodbye mum and I felt totally supported by people who understood. They helped make a hideous time easier with their compassion and clear communication. Sarah the vet who helped Yoda out of pain was marvellous as was the lovely man who brought him home - and the team back in the office are amazing. We couldn't get Yoda to our regular vet and they recommended GGB - and I would not hesitate to do the same for anyone else in this situation. No pressure, just support and understanding. The best goodbye for both Yoda and us. Thank you.
