I cannot express my gratitude for the service provided by this wonderful organisation. Some months back we found ourselves having to make a terrible decision with very short notice. Our Harry was taken care of so beautifully, as were we. Everyone we dealt with was efficient, compassionate, respectful and empathetic. They made a challenging day easier because the organisation values kindness above all else. I also found the aftercare and follow up amazing. This company is second to none.
