This was the hardest call I have had to make and I was clearly upset. From the first point of contact, the team were caring, showed empathy and helped with the process. When the vet arrived, he too showed not just our dog the dignity and compassion he deserved, but the family also. Explained the procedure and what to expect. It takes certain types of people to be this kind hearted and everyone I spoke with at Goodbye Good Boy was like that. Even ringing the following week to make sure we were OK. I can't thank them enough for their actions.
