From the first phone call to the most recent well-being check by staff, Goodbye Good Boy has been incredibly supportive and professional throughout our experience. Our 18-year-old Labradoodle Yuki was ready to say goodbye, and the last thing we wanted was to cram our family of 7 into a tiny vet clinic and be rushed through saying our farewells. Goodbye Good Boy allowed us the space and time to say farewell to Yuki at home, where he and everyone else were comfortable. We have neurodivergent children, and this was so much more peaceful than we could have imagined. The vet who came to our home was calm, professional, compassionate, and emotionally aware of what we needed as a family. He worked with us and allowed us to take the time to say goodbye to Yuki. Even after the vet confirmed he was gone, he allowed us to sit with Yuki and come to terms with the loss. Every interaction with Goodbye Good Boy has centred around Yuki's experience and that of the family. My last call with them was to check on the wellbeing of the family and to offer further support if needed to deal with our loss. What an impressive service provided by like-minded people who want the best experience for pets and families. Outside of an emergency, I would always recommend a service like Goodbye Good Boy. As a result of their support, a sad and historical day became an important chapter in Yuki's story. We are grateful for that experience above all else. Greg
