Bought a bracelet as a Christmas gift, the clasp broke after a few months. I went in store without a receipt and the manager went on the system to find the purchase details and did a swap for a replacement. The original wasn’t in stock, so they gave me the option of two different ones which were more expensive. Don’t think I’d have this kind of experience in many other shops so it’s really nice.
