While I know the brand of the clothing I purchased pays zero attention to packaging, it's unacceptable for a boutique of your reputation to slap a high-value item into a box with no inner protection or at least a decent presentation. This could've easily been alleviated with something primitive, like tissue paper.
I regret not buying the item from any of your competitors, so I suggest a reality check as a customer of 6-7-odd years who will not make another GH purchase, probably ever.
