Price is fair, but the best is their customer service. made an error on the delivery address and a quick email to the customer service got the problem resolved within a day. Product arrived extremely well packaged and on time. One problem encountered was manufacturing defects on the incense tray. Customer service again was sympathetic and on point, who proactively wanted to make it right. at the end, settled with a discount due to no more stock available for replacement. I would not hesitate to buy from Goodhood again in the future.
