I've ordered before and was quite happy until now. However, this time around it took a while to get the item sent. Feels like if I didn't ask what was going on, the item might have not been sent at all. The helpdesk team was helpful though, and after I contacted them, the things were set in motion. I was just hoping for a more speedy delivery, similar to other shops like END. or MHL.
As of writing that review, I'm still waiting for the item...almost 2 weeks.
