I used to buy Goosecreek Candles all of the time and always had a positive experience. This time, their customer service was terrible. I placed an order last week and received an email from them stating that my account was flagged as fraudulent. In the email, they asked me to send a pic/copy of my photo id and then asked me to send a pic/copy of the last 4 on my credit card to verify that I was who I was. I have been trying to email them and let them know that I am not comfortable sending that information. NO ONE has emailed me back. When I try to call them, it says that they are experiencing higher volumes of calls and it tells me to get on a live chat or email them. Goosecreek does NOT have live chat and NO ONE will email me back and I am beyond frustrated. I have a payment for candles pending on my credit card and I can't do anything about it because no one will reach out to me.
