I was trying to order from Bath and Body Works and somehow ended up on Goose Creek page. I didn't realize it until I had place an order. I also ordered on December 6 but no information on shipping. Their chat link does not work (page not found error and a message from them that they will 'be back soon;) and when I try to text, I get 'message send failure'. I have emailed them also, but have little confidence that I will get a response. It seems that there is no way to reach them. I plan to dispute the charge on my credit card and am hopeful that I can recover my money. Very disappointed because some of the candles were Christmas presents.
