Terrible. I ordered on 12 9, and even the website says AFTER 12-9 may be after christmas. Well I ordered before that cut off. And still nothing on it being shipped. Emailed them several times with a response from an automated message. I asked for my money back and I doubt I'll see it. If I get this product I'll be returning. This is ridiculous. Mine was suppose to be a christmas gift. Now I'm scrambling trying to come up with the money I paid for that gift to buy it somewhere else. I don't know about everyone else but I'm to broke for them to do this at this time of year
