Still nothing. I emailed nothing back. Ordered on 12/6. Happening to so many per Facebook. I ordered direct through website instead of through FB. Either they got overwhelmed with orders and could not keep up Im not sure. Just a reply email would work. They were gifts so very disappointing 5 candles 2 soaps Grrr.
