Avoid this company!!!!!
Ordered on 12/10/2024 and to date 12/19/2024, no ship date, nothing…I’ve emailed them and I get zero response. Going to the bank today to see what I can do to cancel my payment as these were supposed to be Xmas gifts. Zero customer service as the phone number just refers you to their email. I received gifts I ordered from Ireland faster. I’m considering reporting them to BBB as AFTER I ordered, they posted a notice to their website that orders received after 12/9 may not arrive in time for Xmas. That’s some bs.
