There have been a few excellent scents over the last several years however the vast majority leave you with that generic waxy scent with minimal throw. There is NO LONGER the option of speaking with a LIVE representative. ALL communication is via utilization of their website. Presently I am contending with a CHRISTMAS order placed (out of desperation) 12/11 and it has NOT shipped as of 12/19. Needless to say, once the order arrives AFTER CHRISTMAS, it will IMMEDIATELY be returned UNOPENED. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!!!
