Placed an order over Dec 7th, 16 days ago (they were supposed to be Christmas gifts). When order was placed website specifically said I would have it before Christmas. Order still hasn’t shipped (now 5 days before Christmas). Called the company and was told a generic “it is our busy time and we are a little delayed in shipping. I can’t tell you when this order will ship”. Should have bought them from BBW. These candles are no better and this time of year basically the same price. So disappointed in this company!! Bad customer service and now I can’t cancel the order or have my candles!!!
