I would say I would never buy from this company ever again . I thought it would be awsome to buy from a family owned business to help them out. Liberty Kentucky. Well placed an order on December 7th and still no update on delivery. Contacted customer support by email. Get a lame excuse were busy and it's taking g longer to ship. I said you guaranteed delivery by christmas. FLASE ADVERTISEMENT!!!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSERLF GOOSE CREEK. After seeing all these reviews and being promised delivery before christmas you should be held accountable. Thousands of people are upset and frankly. If I told my customers you will have it by a certain time I would keep my promise and my guarantee. Just checked my order and still has not shipped only 2 shipping days left for christmas. Not gonna see my products for christmas. What a shame . Should have never thought we would help a family owned business and stayed with Bath and body. Will never make that mistake again and I am warning others .
