I have been a loyal customer for many many years and absolutely love your candles and shipment always went smoothly. Until my order placed on 12/8/24 over 14 days ago and still without a shopping date or time. I'm not sure why this is happening or how you are allowing this to happen when your website states ships 2-3 days.
I really hope that you will rectify this very bad situation as I read over 66 complaints related to mine. No I don't want a refund but I do feel we need to be compted for free shipping next over and a candle. This is absolutely unfair and unacceptable as we bought your amazing candles to gift for Christmas.
Please make this right to keep your loyal customers.
