I placed a big order through a holiday promotion on dec 8th guaranteed delivery before Christmas. I contacted them on dec 17th because my order hadn't been processed yet. I then contacted them on dec 24th because it had yet to be even processed. Then seconds before they responded to my email about a refund my order miraculously processed and now they are giving me the run around about a refund. I was told my order was too far along now for the refund imagine that... Why would you push the order through 16 days after it was ordered knowing the customer is going yo want a refund? Just a shady business all around...good luck
