They were horrible. Bad business. They had ten BUSINESS days to put 5 in stock candles in a box and ship them before Christmas. There is no excuse. While staff did send a lot of emojis in their emails, that did not get me my families gifts in time. They also claimed “ orders placed after December 9th are not guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas.” That was either a lie or hidden on the website because I did not see that. Had I seen it I wouldn’t have ordered.
