Still waiting on a order from Dec. 13. Contacted them and received a generic email that apparently everyone one is getting when asked were their order was. Very sad they do not have better customer service support. If you ran a business you should be able to talk with a real person.I will be very hesitant to order from them again. If you can't handle the over flow of customer at Christmas, then 1. hire more people or 2. Tell people you can't handle an overwhelming amount of ordering and won't be able to process their orders.
