I placed an order in 12/08 also and finally received it today. I sent an email to them on 12/20 for an update on my order and they responded back saying shipping was delayed but my order had not even been shipped. I then received a shipping confirmation on 12/23 saying my order had shipped but when I tracked it, it still hadn’t shipped the label was created. Almost a whole month to receive my order is insane. It was my first and last time ever ordering from them I’ll stick to Bath and Body Works, it usually receive my order in not more than three days.
